Modules
Traffic Analysis
Network Traffic Analysis is the MonitoraIT module that analyzes and monitors the detailed behavior of the data that travels over the segments of the enterprise network. Through deeper insight it is possible to identify bottlenecks and consumption information of the available bandwidth, most used protocols; most visited destinations, percentage distributions of occupation of the band and downloads/uploads logs.
Service Level Management
The Service Level Management module provides charts and graphs with the SLA's control information (Service Level Management), including radars and service level agreements that fail and generate alerts the most. The SLA is formed by the association of CI groups (Configuration Items) which have individual service levels called OLA (Operational Level Agreement). In its development, the percentage of the agreed compliance and its impacts are defined. Thus, you can monitor and create reports on the delivery of agreed service level to the final consumer.
Dashboards and Network Maps
The Dashboard module provides the visibility necessary for the processing the data generated by monitoring into valuable business insights. The dashboards display different performance metrics (KPIs), enabling a managerial vision of the infrastructure and the impact of IT services for the business. Furthermore, it is possible to create maps of the logical and physical topology of the network.
Events Management
The MonitoraIT Event Management module aims to detect events, prioritize calls and monitor the actions taken for correction. Supports the prioritization and monitoring of who, when and what is being done to address the event. Each IT staff member can quickly see all the events that are taking place and the criticality of each, identifying those that are under their responsibility and/or colleagues, and those that are open or closed.
Change Management
The Change Management module is designed to prevent unauthorized changes, reduce incidents and manage risks when releasing changes in IT services. It is an electronic and centralized procedure of approvals, schedules and controls, ensuring alignment of IT with business requirements.
