Famastil

Famastil Taurus is a company from Rio Grande do Sul, producer of high performance tools with 60 years in the market. Its products are diversified lines of hand and power tools for construction, mechanics, gardening and irrigation. The company distributes to thousands of sales points in Brazil and also exports to the five continents.

Since July 2011 Famastil Taurus uses MonitoraIT to have more clarity of the environment and more control of IT processes. Through the tool, the IT sector started to get faster answers to solve problems, as well as 24x7 monitoring of hardware and software and access to the capacity, performance and service level agreement reports. Through a holistic view based on ITIL, the MonitoraIT also provided the alignment of IT with the business. Today Famastil Taurus is monitoring 110 devices with MonitoraIT.
